Zero Carb Yogurt Bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no added sugar)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for rise)
  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning for savory flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
  4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir until well incorporated and thick.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Keeps in the fridge for 5–7 days. Freeze slices for longer storage.
