Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 liter (about 4 cups) of water

Instructions
- Wash all fruits and herbs thoroughly.
- Add the cucumber, lemon slices, and mint leaves to a large pitcher.
- Add grated ginger and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour in 1 liter of water and stir well.
- Let the drink infuse in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and benefits.
- Drink 1 glass before each meal and throughout the day.
