Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Just 3 Ingredients! Easy, Delicious, and Guilt-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat milk (or unsweetened almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol (or other preferred sugar-free sweetener, to taste)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and powdered erythritol.
  2. Stir continuously until the sweetener fully dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
  4. Add the butter and stir until it melts completely.
  5. Let the mixture simmer gently for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces by about half and thickens slightly. Do not let it boil.
  6. Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
  7. Pour into a jar and refrigerate. It keeps well for up to 1 week.

Optional Tip: Add a dash of vanilla extract at the end for extra flavor!
