Ingredients
For the Donut Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in finely chopped strawberries.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag and refrigerate until needed.
- Prepare the Donut Dough:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead just until smooth (do not overwork).
- Shape the Donut Holes:
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and set on a parchment-lined tray.
- Fry the Donuts:
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry a few balls at a time until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Coat the Donuts:
- While still warm, roll the donut holes in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Fill the Donuts:
- Once cooled slightly, use a small knife or skewer to poke a hole in each donut hole.
- Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the center of each donut hole until filled.
