Ingredients:

  • For the Stir-Fry:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Steak:
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
