 Ingredients (Only 3!)

  • 3 pounds (1.3 kg) beef stew meat, cubed

  • 1 packet (1 oz / 28g) dry onion soup mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz / 295g) condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • Optional (but highly recommended): ½ cup beef broth or water for extra sauce

 Instructions

  1. Place the raw cubed beef directly into the slow cooker (as shown in the image).

  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the beef.

  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup on top. Do not stir.

  4. Optional: Pour in the beef broth or water around the edges.

  5. Cover and cook:

    • Low: 7–8 hours

    • High: 4–5 hours
      Beef should be fork-tender.

  6. Stir well to combine the sauce before serving.

  7. Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, rice, or with crusty bread.
