These cheesy, garlicky biscuits are a delightful addition to any meal. With their golden-brown crust and soft, flavorful interior, they’re perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or even as a snack. The combination of cheddar cheese, garlic, and butter creates a savory treat that’s hard to resist. Plus, they’re quick and easy to make using Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Old Bay™ seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper. - Prepare the Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Old Bay™ seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed. - Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the can of Pillsbury™ Grands!™ biscuits and separate the dough into 8 biscuits. Carefully split each biscuit into 2 layers, creating a total of 16 biscuit pieces. - Assemble the Biscuits:
Place 8 biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each piece with the butter mixture and sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place the remaining biscuit layers on top of the cheese-covered pieces, creating a sandwich. Brush the tops with more butter mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and parsley flakes. - Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 14 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. - Serve:
Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. These biscuits are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven.
