- 2 low-carb tortillas (or cheese wraps for extra keto-friendly option)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8–10 slices of pepperoni
- 2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme mix)
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni slices and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese, then cover with the second tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 2–3 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Serve hot with extra sugar-free pizza sauce for dipping!
