Morning Waters

1. LEMON WATER

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ½–1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey, pinch of turmeric, or a slice of lemon for garnish

How to Make

  1. Warm the water (not boiling).
  2. Squeeze the lemon into the water.
  3. Stir and drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

2. CHIA WATER

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or lemon juice
  • Optional add-ins: cucumber slices or mint

How to Make

  1. Add chia seeds to water.
  2. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until seeds swell and gel.
  3. Stir again and drink.
  4. Add lemon/cucumber if desired.

How to Make

  1. Simply pour fresh coconut water into a glass.

Method 1: Boiled Ginger Water

  1. Peel and slice ginger.
  2. Add to a pot with water.
  3. Boil for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain and drink warm.

Method 2: Fresh Ginger Detox Water

  1. Grate ginger into warm water.
  2. Let sit 5 minutes.
  3. Stir and strain if needed.
