Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (capsaicin-rich)
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh turmeric or 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Optional: a few sprigs of rosemary or thyme (for additional anti-inflammatory effects)

Instructions

  1. In a clean glass jar or bottle, combine the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved. If using herbs like rosemary, add them in whole.
  3. Seal the jar and let the mixture steep at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
  4. After steeping, strain the liquid into a clean jar (optional, for smoother texture).
  5. Store in the refrigerator. Shake before use.
