Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup water (for boiling)
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for extra glow)
- 1 teaspoon honey (for hydration)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove impurities.
- Boil the rice in 1 cup of water until soft.
- Drain (but keep the water—it’s rich in nutrients!).
- Mash the cooked rice into a smooth paste using a fork or blender.
- Add milk and honey to the mashed rice, mixing until creamy.
- Clean your face and pat dry.
- Apply the rice face pack evenly to your face and neck.
- Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
- Rinse off gently with lukewarm water, followed by a splash of rice water.
- Moisturize as usual.
