Layered Citrus & Kiwi Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 2 grapefruits, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the oranges, grapefruits, and kiwis into thin rounds.
  2. Arrange a layer of orange slices on a serving platter or in a glass bowl.
  3. Add a layer of grapefruit slices, followed by kiwi rounds.
  4. Scatter sliced strawberries in between the citrus layers for color and sweetness.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice (optional). Drizzle lightly over the fruit layers.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
