Ingredients
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 small piece of ginger (optional, for added anti-inflammatory benefit)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Add the cloves (and ginger if using) to the hot water.
- Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture.
- Stir in honey if desired.
- Sip slowly while still warm.
🔁 Use 2–3 times daily as needed.
