KILLS Sore Throat and Inflammation

Ingredients

  • 5–6 whole cloves
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (optional, for added anti-inflammatory benefit)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.
  2. Add the cloves (and ginger if using) to the hot water.
  3. Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture.
  5. Stir in honey if desired.
  6. Sip slowly while still warm.

🔁 Use 2–3 times daily as needed.
