These cookies mimic the feel of Cowboy Cookies but use 3 simple, diabetic-friendly ingredients, no added sugar, and low calories.

Ingredients (3-Ingredient, Sugar-Free)

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1½ cups rolled oats (or sugar-free quick oats)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
