Ingredients (3 Only)

  1. Sugar-free chocolate chips – 1 cup

  2. Almond flour – 1 cup

  3. Sugar-free vanilla yogurt OR sugar-free peanut butter – ½ cup

    • Yogurt = softer cookies

    • Peanut butter = richer, chewier cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, mix:

    • Almond flour

    • Sugar-free yogurt or peanut butter

    • Sugar-free chocolate chips

  4. Stir until a thick dough forms.

  5. Scoop small spoonfuls onto the tray (about 12 cookies).

  6. Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.

  7. Let cool completely before removing (they firm up while cooling).
