- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine grated potatoes, eggs, onion, green chilies, coriander, flour, chili powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Flatten slightly with a spatula.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
- Remove and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with ketchup, mint chutney, or yogurt dip.
