Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
  • Optional: pickles or diced tomatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving 1-2 tablespoons of bacon grease in the pan.
  3. Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until soft (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and bacon into the sauce. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  8. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or green onions. Add diced pickles or tomatoes on top if desired for that classic cheeseburger flair!
