Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup (120 ml) melted butter or oil
- ½ cup (120 ml) milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and condensed milk until creamy.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing. Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
