Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup (120 ml) melted butter or oil
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and condensed milk until creamy.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold gently until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing. Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
