Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups grapes (red or green), halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (canned, drained)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp honey (or sugar, to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (prevents browning of fruit)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add strawberries, grapes, pineapple, bananas, apple, and mandarin oranges.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over the apple and banana slices to prevent browning.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows (if using).
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt (or sour cream) and honey until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and toss gently until all the fruit is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
