Chicken Crust Pizza (Carnivore, High-Protein, Ultra Low-Carb)

Ingredients

For the Chicken Crust:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, omit for strict carnivore)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)

For the Toppings (Carnivore-Friendly):

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pepperoni slices or cooked bacon

  • ¼ cup tomato-free “pizza sauce” (optional):
    2 tbsp melted butter + 1 tbsp cream cheese whisked together

  • Optional toppings: cooked ground beef, sausage, extra cheese


Instructions

1. Make the Chicken Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, mozzarella, salt, and seasonings.

  3. Place mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Spread into a thin round or rectangle about ¼–½ inch thick.

  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until firm and edges are lightly browned.


2. Add Toppings

  1. Remove from oven and pat off excess moisture with paper towels.

  2. Spread your carnivore pizza sauce (optional).

  3. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni/bacon.


3. Bake Again

  • Return to oven for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Broil for 1–2 minutes if you want crispy edges.


4. Serve

Let it rest 5 minutes, slice, and enjoy a high-protein, low-carb, cheese-loaded carnivore pizza.
