Chicken Crust Pizza (Carnivore, High-Protein, Ultra Low-Carb)
Ingredients
For the Chicken Crust:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1. Make the Chicken Crust

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, mozzarella, salt, and seasonings.

Place mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread into a thin round or rectangle about ¼–½ inch thick.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, until firm and edges are lightly browned.
2. Add Toppings

Remove from oven and pat off excess moisture with paper towels.

3. Bake Again
