Ingredients

3 large potatoes (about 700–800 g), peeled

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar

2 tbsp butter, softened

1 egg

¼ cup milk or cream

3 tbsp cornstarch or flour

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes

Boil potatoes until soft.

Drain and mash until smooth (no lumps).
2. Make the mixture

Add butter, egg, milk/cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Shape
