Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze while preparing the filling.
  3. Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
  4. Bake: Pour the filling into the crust. Place the pan in the water bath and bake for 12 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 50-60 minutes until the top turns golden.
  5. Cool: Let the cheesecake cool on a wire rack. Combine sour cream and sugar for the topping, spread over the cheesecake, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
