Carnivore Pizza Recipe (No Flour)
Ingredients
For the Crust (No Flour):

1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1 cup pork rinds, crushed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Sauce (Meat-Based):

1/2 lb (225g) ground beef

1/4 cup tomato paste
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mixed spices: oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder)

Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup crumbled Italian sausage (cooked)

4–5 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish:

Fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, crushed pork rinds, and Parmesan cheese.

Press mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan.

Bake the crust for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Prepare the Meat Sauce:

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Stir in tomato paste and spices.

Simmer for 5–10 minutes until thickened.

Assemble the Pizza:

Spread the meat sauce over the baked crust.

Add sliced pepperoni, crumbled Italian sausage, and crispy bacon on top.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over all toppings.

Bake the Pizza:

Return the pizza to the oven and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
