Crust:

½ tsp garlic powder (optional, omit for strict carnivore)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional but helps bind)
Topping:

½ cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup grated Parmesan

Pepperoni slices or cooked bacon bits

Optional: cooked sausage, ground beef, or even shredded chicken
Optional sauce layer (for flavor):

2 tbsp melted butter mixed with 1 tbsp heavy cream + pinch of Parmesan (for a cheesy “white sauce” effect)
(No tomato — still carnivore-friendly)

Preheat oven:
Set to 400°F (200°C). -
Make the crust:

Mix the ground beef with salt, Parmesan, and mozzarella.

Press it evenly into a parchment-lined baking pan (around 10″ circle or square).

Bake for 10–12 minutes until browned and mostly cooked.

Drain any excess fat.

Add toppings:

Brush with your butter-Parmesan “sauce” (optional).

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the crust.

Add pepperoni, bacon, or your favorite meats.

Bake again:
Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. -
