Carnivore Pizza Recipe
Description
This Carnivore Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. Instead of a flour crust, it uses a cheesy, egg-based crust that bakes up golden and sturdy enough to hold all your favorite meaty toppings. It’s the perfect comfort food for anyone on the carnivore, keto, or low-carb lifestyle—crispy edges, gooey melted cheese, and savory toppings in every bite.
Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
(Optional) ½ tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning (if you allow spices)
Toppings (choose your favorites):
½ lb (225g) cooked sausage
½ cup pepperoni slices
½ cup cooked bacon crumbles
1 cup shredded mozzarella (extra for topping)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs until combined into a sticky “dough.”
Spread mixture into a circle (about ¼-inch thick) on the parchment paper.
Bake Crust
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
Add Toppings
Sprinkle cooked sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and more mozzarella cheese over the crust.
Final Bake
Return to oven for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Let cool 5 minutes before slicing—it helps the crust hold together.
