  • 4–6 ice cubes


Optional Flavor Boosts (Choose 1–2):

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Β½ tsp instant espresso powder for stronger flavor

  • Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional garnish)

⚑ Instructions

1. Brew & Cool Coffee

Make your favorite strong black coffee.
Let it cool to room temperature or chill briefly.


2. Blend It Up

In a high-speed blender, add:
coffee, cream, butter, egg yolk, ice, and any optional add-ins.
Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.


3. Adjust Texture

  • For thicker milkshake: add more ice or 1 tbsp of frozen cream.

4. Serve & Garnish

Pour into a tall glass.
