š§Ā Ingredients
For the Crust:

2 cupsĀ shredded mozzarella cheeseĀ (whole milk preferred)

½ cup grated parmesan or cheddar (optional, for crispiness)
For the Toppings:

4ā6 stripsĀ bacon, cooked and chopped

½ cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)

½ā1 cup moreĀ mozzarellaĀ (for topping)

1ā2 tbspĀ beef tallow,Ā bacon grease, orĀ melted cream cheeseĀ (optional, for āsauceā layer)
Optional: sprinkle of salt, black pepper, or dried liver powder for nutrient boost
šØāš³Ā Instructions
1.Ā Preheat Oven:
Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
2.Ā Make the Crust:

Mix 2 cups mozzarella and parmesan together.

Spread evenly into aĀ thin, flat circle or rectangleĀ on the parchment ā about ¼ inch thick.

Bake forĀ 8ā10 minutesĀ until bubbly and golden brown around edges.
3.Ā Cook Bacon + Meat (if not done):

While crust bakes, cookĀ bacon stripsĀ until crispy. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

If usingĀ ground beef or sausage, cook and season lightly with salt.
4.Ā Add Toppings:

Optional: Brush crust with a littleĀ bacon grease or melted cream cheeseĀ for flavor.

Sprinkle cooked bacon all over the crust.
