Ingredients
For the steam:

For the toner:

Instructions
Step 1 — Bay Leaf Steam

Bring 4 cups of water to a simmer.

Add 5–7 bay leaves.

Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour into a heat-safe bowl.

Sit comfortably, place your face 12–16 inches above the bowl, and tent a towel over your head.

Steam for 5–8 minutes only.
Step 2 — Bay Leaf Toner

Simmer 5 bay leaves in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.

Strain into a clean bottle.
