Ingredients

Instructions
1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
3. Once the beef is browned, add the crumbled bacon and mix well.
4. In a separate pan, scramble the beaten egg into small pieces.
5. Lay the egg pieces flat onto a surface, forming a rectangular shape.
6. Place the beef and bacon mixture onto one half of the egg rectangle.
7. Top with shredded cheese and a drizzle of creamy sauce.
8. Fold the other half of the egg rectangle over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
9. Cook the burrito in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the egg is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
10. Serve hot, topped with additional creamy sauce and crumbled bacon if desired.
