Ingredients
- 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve ¼ cup for topping)
- â…“ cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1½ cups cold milk
- Optional: extra crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Crush Oreos in a food processor or in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
- Mix crushed Oreos (except reserved ¼ cup) with melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cream Layer:
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
- Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- Whisk the instant pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Spread pudding over the cream layer.
- Top It Off:
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle with reserved crushed Oreos.
- Optional: Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Freeze:
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve:
- Let it sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
