Ingredients
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and melted butter.
2. Add the salt, pepper, and shredded cheese (if using). Mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet or griddle.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
6. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
