Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Vaseline (petroleum jelly, unscented)
- 1 capsule of Vitamin E (or a few drops of Vitamin E oil)
- ½ teaspoon sweet almond oil or olive oil
- Optional: 1–2 drops of rosehip oil or frankincense essential oil (skin-supportive)
Instructions
- In a small clean bowl, scoop in 1 tsp of Vaseline.
- Puncture the Vitamin E capsule and squeeze the oil into the bowl.
- Add the sweet almond or olive oil. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth balm.
- (Optional) Add a drop or two of your preferred essential oil and mix again.
💆 How to Use:
- Cleanse your face thoroughly at night.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and gently massage it into areas with fine lines or wrinkles — like around the eyes, mouth, and forehead.
- Let it sit overnight as an intensive overnight moisturizing mask.
- Wash your face in the morning.
📝 Notes:
- Vaseline locks in moisture, helping to plump skin temporarily.
- Vitamin E is rich in antioxidants, supporting skin healing and elasticity.
- Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
- Always patch test on a small area before applying to your whole face.
- This is not a medical Botox alternative, but it can help the skin appear more hydrated and smooth.
