Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no added sugar)
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for rise)
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning for savory flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Stir until well incorporated and thick.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden.
- Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
