🧀 Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 works best)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, omit for strict carnivore)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional but helps bind)

Topping:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • Pepperoni slices or cooked bacon bits

  • Optional: cooked sausage, ground beef, or even shredded chicken

Optional sauce layer (for flavor):

  • 2 tbsp melted butter mixed with 1 tbsp heavy cream + pinch of Parmesan (for a cheesy “white sauce” effect)
    (No tomato — still carnivore-friendly)


🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    Set to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Make the crust:

    • Mix the ground beef with salt, Parmesan, and mozzarella.

    • Press it evenly into a parchment-lined baking pan (around 10″ circle or square).

    • Bake for 10–12 minutes until browned and mostly cooked.

    • Drain any excess fat.

  3. Add toppings:

    • Brush with your butter-Parmesan “sauce” (optional).

    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the crust.

    • Add pepperoni, bacon, or your favorite meats.

  4. Bake again:
    Return to oven for 5–8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.

  5. Finish:
    Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy your all-meat, cheesy pizza!


🍕 Chef’s Tips

  • You can make a chicken crust version by using ground chicken + 1 egg + Parmesan.

  • For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

  • Store leftovers in fridge — reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
