- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Marinate the Steak: Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl. Toss the sliced steak in the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the bell peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Steak: Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Stir-fry the marinated steak until browned and cooked through.
- Combine: Return the vegetables to the skillet. Add garlic, ginger, water, rice vinegar, and honey. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over steamed rice.
