Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

“Baked cauliflower tastes better than meat!”

 Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the cauliflower: Wash and pat dry the florets completely — moisture prevents crispiness.

  3. Coat: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.

  4. Season: Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss again until the florets are fully coated.

  5. Bake: Arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp on all sides.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

 Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with:

  • Garlic yogurt dip

  • Ranch dressing

  • Spicy aioli or sriracha mayo

💡 Tips

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

  • Use an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes for a faster version.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for brightness.
