- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry cauliflower florets well.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the cauliflower florets in the breadcrumb mixture until coated.
- Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
