Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe mug or bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or peanut butter if desired.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes (microwave times may vary).
- Let it cool slightly. Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or dust with powdered sugar.
